WEDDING COCKTAIL MENU:

DRINKS: Sparkling wine, white wine, Martini, Dry Port, natural juices according to the season: orange, pineapple with lime, melon with mint, strawberries with raspberries, Soft drinks and mineral waters

FOOD: Smoked salmon mousse with toasts, prosciutto and pineapple rolls or fruit skewers, regional sausages patés, brie au gratin with quince jam, codfish fritters, veal croquettes, vegetarian samosas, crudités

  

 

WEDDING MEAL/DINNER MENU

 

FIRST COURSE (please select one) - Seafood Flan with green salad OR Puff pastry with ricotta cheese and nuts served with arugula salad (vegetarian) OR Codfish with corn bread in a bed of spinaches served with roasted potatoes and olive oil

SECOND COURSE (please select one) - Roast leg of lamb, mint sauce, crispy sweet potato and vegetable bundle OR Beef with wine cooked at low temperature, cherry tomatoes, celery, red onion and rice “carqueja” OR Vegetarian Risotto

 

DESSERT (please select) - Emulsion passion fruit with of black chocolate  OR Red fruit soup with ice cream (flavor at your choice)

Wedding Cake: 3 Tier white wedding cake and portuguese sparkling wine

 

2 sparkler machines during the wedding cake 

 

Open Bar*: 2 hour of open bar with Vodka, Gin, Beer, Wines, Whisky, Martini, Port Wine, Baileys, Brandy and Soft Drinks

*There is no limitation on the number of drinks served per guest during the whole event; drunk guests will not be served

Extra hours of bar: fixed fee for vebue and service 1000+vat per hour + 10€+vat / per person, per hour. The Palace doesn’t allow events later than 2:00am

 

Schedule - TBC

Arrival: 4:30 - 5:30 

Ceremony in the Gardens: 5:30-6:00

Cocktail in the Gardens: 6:00-7:30

Dinner in the Gardens: 7:30-21:15

Moving to Robillion Terrace 21:15 - 21:30

Cake Cutting and Serving 21:30 - 22:00

Disco and Open Bar (Robellian Terrace): 22:00-00:00

The Palace closes at 00:00 - Music and Bar must finish at 00:00 

*The event can be extend until 2 am with an extra fee applied

*Price includes 9 hours of service. The venue rental fee is included till 00:00 am. Time extension is possible with an extra fee. The Palace doesn’t allow events later than 2:00am

The Palace and its gardens will be open to the public till 6:30pm 

Before 6:30pm the Palace and its gardens will not be hired in exclusive use. 

Please notice that we are not considering any alternative room for the ceremony or cocktail in the eventual occasion of bad weather. The only area considered in this proposal are the

Gardens and access will be only possible after 6:00pm

** Prices don’t include transportation, photographer, hairdresser, babysitter, celebrant, registrar fees nor any unmentioned item

 

NOTE:

Candles are not allowed inside the Palace
Fireworks are not allowed in any circumstance
Sparklers will be subject to confirmation of the Palace 

Sound system for bands, singers and artists are not included | Any Band, Singer or Artist will be subject to permission from the Palace
